FAQ for Canada

A Sugargoo spreadsheet is a list of product links for shopping through Sugargoo. Entries may include photos, available options and QC galleries. Browse our selected products, then open a listing for its current details.

Choose “View on Sugargoo” on a product card to open its linked item. Sugargoo may ask you to sign in. If the item does not open afterwards, return to the card, expand “Photos & details” or “Buying notes”, and use “Copy product link”. Paste that original seller link into Sugargoo’s product search. Homepage cards have the same link under “Need the product link?”. If copying is blocked, select and copy the visible link yourself. Confirm the current price, colour, size and quantity before paying.

This site shows a small selection. Its filters search only the products on the page. Use the main search box or “Open spreadsheet” to browse the full spreadsheet in a new tab.

We check product links, listing details and where the QC photos came from. This does not mean we bought or inspected each item. Check the current options and the photos of your own order. Read what our checks cover.

If the item does not load on Sugargoo, return to its card and open “Listing details”. Copy the seller’s product link from that page into Sugargoo’s search. If the original listing is unavailable, search the spreadsheet for the product name or source item ID and compare any replacement listing before ordering. Report a broken link so we can check it.

We do not show live prices or stock on this site. Open the product listing for the current price of your chosen option. Add delivery and other charges separately in the CAD budget.

No. They come from the linked gallery and may show another order, size or batch. Use the photos attached to your own Sugargoo order to decide whether to ship it. The photo guide explains what to look for.

Ask for measurements you can compare with an item that fits you. For a top, start with flat chest width, body length and sleeve length in centimetres. For shoes, ask which size chart and measurement method the seller uses. See the sizing guide.

No. A photo can show visible details such as stitching, labels and colour, but it cannot prove authenticity or durability. Sugargoo’s inspection rules also describe limits for sealed goods and electronics.

Contact Sugargoo through the order before arranging delivery. Include your selected option and the photo or measurement showing the problem. Ask about the return or exchange options still available. Use the checklist to keep track of anything unresolved.

Check what the listed price includes. You may also need to pay for delivery within China, optional services, international shipping, payment fees and import charges. Add these separately in the CAD budget.

Check the currency shown at checkout. In the budget worksheet, select CNY for Chinese yuan (RMB) or CAD beside each amount. Yuan amounts convert automatically with a free online reference rate from ExchangeRate.fun, updated hourly. If that service is unavailable, a dated Bank of Canada daily rate is used and labelled as a backup. You can choose “Use my checkout rate” to enter your payment provider’s rate instead. If no valid rate is available, CNY stays separate. For an amount already paid in CAD, choose CAD. Add conversion fees only if they are not already included.

Leave it blank. The budget shows your subtotal and the number of missing amounts. Enter 0 only for a confirmed zero charge; otherwise the subtotal will make the order look cheaper than it is.

Ask Sugargoo support about the exact seller link and option before paying. An item listed in the spreadsheet may still be unavailable to buy or ship to Canada.

Start with the routes offered for your parcel’s contents, weight, dimensions and postal code. Compare the quote and included services. Our past delivery figures provide background, but they cannot predict your arrival date.

Use Sugargoo’s calculator with Canada, your province or territory, the item category and parcel measurements. Check the currency and route rules before adding a confirmed amount to your CAD budget. See the official-form walkthrough.

Check the latest scan with the carrier, then send your parcel reference to Sugargoo support if you need an update. A gap between scans does not explain the delay on its own. The Reddit reports describe other parcels, not the status of yours.

Yes. Ask which duties, taxes and carrier charges are included in your quote. CBSA explains the charges that may apply to goods mailed to Canada. Keep any unknown amount separate in your CAD budget.

Check the recipient, unit and street number, city, province or territory, and postal code. Canada Post places the city, province and postal code on the same line and separates the two halves of the postal code with a space. Follow the fields in the shipping form and check Canada Post’s address examples.

No. We read the posts and replies but have not checked the buyers’ invoices or tracking ownership. The reports are labelled as self-reported, with links to the original discussions.

Check the remaining storage time shown on your order. If the deadline is unclear, ask support. The official pages we read give different periods for some order types; both are linked in the storage section.

No. You can browse products, read the guides and use the CAD budget without registering here. You will need to follow the account and payment requirements of the platform where you place your order.

No. SUGARGOO.ca is an independent guide for Canadian shoppers. We do not take orders, collect payments or handle parcels. Read about this site.
