Checked September 25, 2026Choose the destination and product category, then supply weight in grams and dimensions in centimetres. The page separates free and paid services.

Sugargoo Shipping Status Update — 21 September 2026
Published September 21, 2026 · Checked September 23, 2026The notice says warehouse and support teams will operate over the holidays, while domestic parcel processing may take an extra two to three days during 25–27 September and 1–7 October.
Note: This concerns domestic processing and does not add a fixed delay to every Canadian delivery.
Sugargoo Holiday Service Update — 24 September 2026

Note: This is a route-dependent holiday advisory, not a fixed delay for every Canadian parcel. The separate 21 September notice concerns domestic processing in China.
Sugargoo help centre: Commodity Storage Timeline
Checked September 23, 2026The help page describes 100 days for purchasing and transshipment parcels, starting at stored status, and 60 days for abnormal parcels lacking complete order details.
Note: The help page and blog give different periods for some order types. Use the countdown on your order and ask support if the deadline is unclear.

Thread text reviewed September 25, 2026A commenter reports a previous CA-Line delivery in nine days and a separate EMS-60 parcel still at the airline-receipt stage on day 16. Other replies disagree about which line is faster.

CBSA: Paying duty and/or taxes on imported goods
Checked September 23, 2026Mailed imports may be subject to duties and taxes; goods, origin, value and destination can affect charges.
Note: Consult the current official guidance for the actual shipment. No automatic tax calculation is provided.
Canada Post: Civic address guidelines
Checked September 25, 2026Include the assigned unit number. One accepted format puts the unit before the building number with a hyphen. Keep official street and city names; use an uppercase postal code with a space between its two halves.
