Holiday shipping notice: September–October 2026
In its 24 September update, Sugargoo says purchasing, support and warehouse services will stay available. Some international routes may take approximately 2–4 additional days during the holiday period.

The earlier 21 September notice ↗ describes a separate 2–3 day delay in domestic processing in China. These notices should not be added together as a delivery estimate.
Reported delivery times to Canada
Sugargoo published these Canada delivery figures on 23 September 2026. Times are in calendar days, as labelled in its table.

The report gives no sample size or calculation method. Its “EMS” row does not distinguish between EMS services. Ask Sugargoo which routes are available for your parcel.
What Canadian buyers reported
Three self-reported delivery experiences. These are individual accounts, not official delivery estimates.
CA-Line and EMS-60
One commenter reports a nine-day CA-Line delivery and a separate EMS-60 parcel still at airline receipt on day 16. Other replies disagree about which route is faster.
A gap in tracking
A CA-Fast buyer reports no recent tracking movement. The account u/SugargooM replies that limited capacity was delaying some Canada routes. The delivery outcome was not confirmed.
An extra charge
An EMS-60 buyer reports delivery in about 13–14 days and an extra customs or handling payment. We have not verified the invoice or currency.

Get a shipping quote
The official estimator asks for country, province or state, item category, weight in grams and dimensions in centimetres. Select Canada, enter your actual details and read each route’s charging and item restrictions.
- Check whether the route charges by actual or volumetric weight.
- Check the displayed currency before recording any amount as CAD.
- Include domestic delivery, selected services, international freight and payment fees.
- Ask which import taxes and carrier handling charges the quote covers.

Check the Canadian import rules
Duties and taxes can apply to mailed imports. Check the goods, origin, value and destination against current CBSA guidance. Declare accurately; a route’s marketing name or another buyer’s experience does not settle your tax treatment.
Storage deadlines and warehouse checks
Storage deadlines
The help page describes 100 days for purchasing and transshipment parcels. A Sugargoo blog article instead gives forwarding and resell orders 30 days. Those descriptions conflict.
Use your order’s remaining-days display and ask support to confirm the deadline for that order type before waiting to consolidate.
Warehouse photos
The estimator lists five product photos as a free service. Sugargoo’s inspection rules describe checks of appearance, model, style and size, with limitations for sealed items and electronics.
Photos are not proof of authenticity or an electronics function test. Ask for any measurements or close-ups you still need.
Check the Canadian delivery address
Include the unit and street address, city, province or territory and postal code. Follow Canada Post’s formatting guidance and confirm that your chosen route serves the destination.
